Bitespeed website redesign

01. The Challenge

Bitespeed had a strong product: an AI-native CRM helping e-commerce brands unify their marketing and support in one place, but their website wasn't doing justice to it. In a crowded martech space where first impressions determine whether a prospect books a demo or bounces, the existing site lacked the clarity and visual punch to cut through. The messaging wasn't landing fast enough, the product's value proposition was buried, and the overall experience wasn't converting the calibre of e-commerce brands Bitespeed was going after. They needed a website that could do real commercial work by turning curiosity into booked demos.

02. The Solution

We started by dissecting how e-commerce founders and marketing leads were arriving at the site and where they were dropping off, using that to sharpen both the messaging hierarchy and the page structure. The redesign was built entirely in Webflow, giving the Bitespeed team the flexibility to iterate and update without touching a line of code. Visually, we pushed for something that felt distinctly AI-native - dynamic, precise, and modern, while keeping the experience anchored around a single goal: getting the right visitor to request a demo. Every section of the site was crafted to build confidence quickly, with sharp copy, social proof placed intentionally, and clear CTAs that reduced the friction between interest and action.

03. The Result

The new website gave Bitespeed a front door that matched the quality of the product behind it. Demo conversion rates improved by 20% in the weeks following launch, with more qualified e-commerce brands initiating conversations. The Webflow build also meant the team could move fast - spinning up landing pages, tweaking messaging, and running experiments without bottlenecks. The site became less of a brochure and more of an active part of the sales process.
